Wenqi (Wendy) Chen
Esteemed directors, distinguished delegates, and honourable guests,
My name is Wendy Chen, a Year 12 student from The British School of Beijing, Shunyi. It is my honour to serve as your President of Security Council for DIMUN XV.
This has been my third year running our school's MUN club. My favourite disciplines are history and politics, hence I look forward to being a part of this Security Council. Apart from academics, I have great passions in tennis and piano.
I am really excited to meet all of you and become a successful committee!

Hello delegates!
My name is Joshua Smith, and I will be the deputy president of this year's Security Council. I am extremely honored to be serving you all this year.
When I first joined MUN, I was very impressed by the conferences and other delegates’ speeches, and I was really in love with MUN. As your deputy president, I will try to make sure that you have a wonderful DIMUN experience this year. Please don’t be afraid to speak up and express your opinions and ideas during the conference (diplomatically of course). I look forward to seeing you all soon!
